Job description

The Coordinator for Enrollment Marketing and Online Student Support assists Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM) with enrollment marketing and online admissions support for prospective students. This role leads cross-functional projects that drive inquiry generation, application conversion, and enrollment yield across Hilbert College Global and related programs.

Working closely with Admissions, Marketing, Financial Aid, and Student Services, the specialist ensures that enrollment marketing developed by the VPEM and Executive Director of Marketing is executed at the tactical level. This position also supports the admissions process for online students. This role blends project management execution, enrollment strategy, CRM optimization, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Initiative Management

  • Support enrollment-related projects across all college programs from planning through execution and evaluation.
  • Develop project timelines, workflows, and deliverables aligned with enrollment goals and recruitment cycles.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Admissions, Marketing, and Financial Aid.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve enrollment operations.
  • Manage the Enrollment Management(EM) budget by coordinating all budget requests with the VPEM and EM Directors. Submit all purchase orders and maintain the comprehensive EM budget.

Enrollment Strategy & Operations

  • Support the development and execution of strategic enrollment plans.
  • Partner with admissions leadership to optimize funnel performance (inquiry ? application ? enrollment).
  • Contribute to pricing, positioning, and program launch strategies for new and existing offerings.

CRM & Systems Optimization

  • Assist with the development of automated communication campaigns for prospective students.
  • Ensure data integrity and proper tracking of student interactions across the enrollment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with IT and marketing to integrate systems and improve reporting capabilities.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead generation, application volume, conversion rates, and yield.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Use data insights to recommend improvements to recruitment strategies and student engagement.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform program growth opportunities.

Student Experience & Process Improvement

  • Map and continuously improve the prospective student journey, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Collaborate with Financial Aid to streamline aid communication and application completion processes.
  • Support initiatives that enhance accessibility, affordability, and student support services. Hilbert’s enrollment and financial aid teams work closely with students to guide them through application and funding processes, emphasizing clarity and support.

Marketing & Communication Alignment

  • Partner with Marketing and the VPEM to align campaigns with enrollment goals and program priorities.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across digital, email, and outreach channels.
  • Assist in campaign planning, lead nurturing strategies, and performance tracking.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 years+ of experience in marketing or related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with higher education CRM systems (e.g., Slate,).
  • Knowledge of financial aid processes and enrollment lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with online program recruitment and non-traditional student markets.

Compensation: $60,000.00
