Position Summary:

As a Member Enrollment Representative, Full Build, you will serve as a results-driven sales professional in a consultative inside sales role. Your primary responsibility is to engage prospective members through personalized phone calls, emails, and text messages, effectively communicating the unique benefits of the MDVIP personalized healthcare model.

Working with warm leads located near transitioning MDVIP-affiliated physicians, you will take ownership of proactive outreach, timely follow-up, and scheduling enrollment consultations. This role also involves collaborating closely with physicians and their staff to ensure a seamless experience for prospective members. Success in this position requires the ability to build trust, identify individual healthcare needs, and guide prospects through the decision-making process with empathy, professionalism, and a strong service orientation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sells prospective members on the benefits of MDVIP membership in an MDVIP-affiliated physician practice. Explains the program effectively, discovering which program components generate interest so that they can demonstrate the value of the program.
  • Handles inbound call activity and accurately documents Salesforce (CRM system) with the outcome of all inbound and outbound interactions.
  • Research & Targeting: Identifies most effective contact channels using strategic calls, emails, text messages to highlight the benefits of the MDVIP program.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Metrics-Driven: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and conversion rates. Provide regular reports to management on lead pipeline status, challenges, and successes.

  • Persuasive Communication: Clearly and confidently conveys the value of the MDVIP program in a way that builds trust and drives enrollment decisions.
  • Objection Handling: Anticipates and effectively addresses questions or concerns to help prospects make informed decisions.

  • Comfortable using Salesforce or similar platforms to document interactions, manage leads, and track follow-ups.
  • Manages leads efficiently and follows through on every step of the enrollment process.
Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field and 1.5 years in a similar role (sales development, business development, or lead generation) with experience in cold outreach; or equivalent combination of education and experience where two years related experience equals one year of schooling.
  • A minimum of 1.5 years of outbound or inbound experience in a B2C sales role
  • Strong performance as a BDR/SDR - proven track record in sales, account management (with a sales focus), or a related role emphasizing lead conversion.
