ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST

Position: Part-Time

Compensation: Salary + Commission

Language Requirement: Must be Bilingual , English & Spanish

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a motivated and organized Enrollment Specialist to assist prospective and current students throughout the enrollment process. The Enrollment Specialist will communicate with applicants, provide information about our programs, assist with applications and required documentation, and ensure a smooth enrollment experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective students.
  • Explain available programs, admission requirements, schedules, tuition, and enrollment procedures.
  • Assist students with completing applications and required documents.
  • Follow up with prospective students regarding missing information or enrollment steps.
  • Maintain accurate student and enrollment records.
  • Enter and update information in the school's enrollment system or database.
  • Schedule appointments, orientations, and enrollment meetings.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to students throughout the enrollment process.
  • Work with other departments to ensure student files are complete and accurate.
  • Follow established enrollment policies and procedures.
  • Meet enrollment and follow-up goals when applicable.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no college degree required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service or office experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Previous admissions, enrollment, sales, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus.
