Attorney Recruiting Assistant

Location: Miami, FL

Schedule: Full-Time | 100% Onsite โ€“ No Remote/Hybrid

Salary: $60,000โ€“$70,000, depending on experience

Position Overview

A well-established law firm is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to the firm's Legal Recruiting team. This position will assist with attorney and law student recruiting, interview scheduling, candidate communications, recruiting events, and maintaining accurate recruiting records.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing confidential information in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal Recruiter and recruiting team.
  • Coordinate and schedule attorney and law student interviews across multiple offices.
  • Communicate with candidates, attorneys, law schools, and recruiting partners.
  • Maintain candidate records, recruiting databases, and electronic files.
  • Assist with job postings, application materials, interview feedback, and candidate tracking.
  • Support law school recruiting, including career fairs, on-campus interviews, networking events, callbacks, and offers.
  • Assist with recruiting events and the firm's summer associate program.
  • Coordinate candidate travel and interview logistics as needed.
  • Assist with search firm agreements, invoices, and other recruiting-related administrative tasks.
  • Welcome and assist candidates visiting the Miami office.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential candidate information with discretion.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of administrative, recruiting, HR, legal, or professional services experience preferred.
  • Law firm or legal recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus.
