Position Summary...What you'll do...

We are seeking a Senior Manager, International Product Marketing, to pioneer our International product marketing for Walmart Connect's Performance, Brand, and Measurement solutions. This is the first dedicated international Product Marketing role for the Americas (sans U.S.), and you will serve as the voice of the Chile, Mexico, and Canada market, translating local needs into clear product,go-to-market, and adoption priorities that support Walmart Connect growth priorities.

This role partners closely with local teams and cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, andProduct Marketingto ensuretheAmericas' prioritiesare reflected in roadmap planning, launch execution, and ongoing adoption management. Thepioneerin this role will also helpcraft andscale provenproduct marketingbest practices from the US into the Americas in a way that is locally relevant and effective.


What you'll do

  • Serve as the voice of the Americas market in roadmap planning and prioritization, translating local needs, advertiser signals, and business impact into clear recommendations that support Walmart Connect growth priorities.

  • Partner closely with the centralWalmart Connect International team to ensure opportunity sizing and prioritization relative to cross-market priorities and plans.

  • Partner closely withthe Walmart Connect International (central business and local markets), Product Marketing,Product and Engineering leaders to ensure China market opportunities are understood, sequenced, and incorporated into roadmap decisions in a way that is actionable forour Chinesestakeholders and aligned to broader business goals.

  • Build a deep understanding ofWalmartConnect'sPerformance, Brand, and Measurement solutions and use that knowledge to educate local teams on product capabilities, use cases, and market-relevant applications.

  • Customize GTM strategy, launch assets, messaging, and enablement so they fit the Americas market needs and local advertiserobjectives.

  • Partner with local sales and cross-functional teams to define adoption strategies, targets, milestones, and activation approaches for priorityproducts and features.

  • Establish a clear operating cadence to track adoption, triage blockers, and accelerateproductusage inmarket.

  • Identifymarket, customer, and competitive signals that affect the Americas performance and translate them into actionable recommendations.

  • Support launches and ongoing feature adoption by ensuring local teams have the right narrative, tools, and readiness materials.

  • Create andmaintainlocal playbooks that help teams drive best-practiceproductusage and improve adoption outcomes over time.

  • Work with regional and global partners to ensure local execution is aligned to broaderproduct marketingstrategy while still reflecting the Americas-specific needs.

  • Elevate localproduct marketingcapability by coaching and uplifting the team's understanding of product capabilities, market translation, GTM execution, and adoption strategy, whilecrafting andscaling provenproductbest practices from the US into the Americas in a way that is locally relevant and effective.

  • Report onadoptionprogress, key risks, roadmap implications, and opportunities to improve performance across the market.

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, regional product marketing, go-to-market, or a closely related role.

  • Experience supporting multiple international markets or regions, ideally in product, platform, or advertising environments.

  • Strong ability to translate product capabilities into local value propositions, messaging, and enablement.

  • Experience building localized go-to-market plans, launch support, and adoption programs.

  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills and the ability to influence without authority.

  • Strong analytical ability to assess adoption performance, identify blockers, and recommend actions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience coaching and developing local teams or business partners.

  • Experience partnering with Product Marketing, Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions based on market needs.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
