Job Summary:
Nord Anglia Education is a leading international education provider, and they are seeking an IT Manager for Trewhela's School in Chile. The role involves developing and implementing IT strategies, managing technology operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations while supporting the educational environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day functioning of the school’s technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, Wi-Fi, classroom technology, and administrative systems.
• Provide timely, high-quality technical support to faculty, staff, and students.
• Manage device deployment and maintenance (laptops, tablets, projectors, interactive displays, printers, etc.)
• Ensure smooth operation of learning management systems (LMS), student information systems (SIS), and other school software.
• Maintain secure and efficient network, firewall, and wireless infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Oversee system updates, backups, and data recovery processes.
