Job Title: Warehouse Worker (Bilingual - Mandarin & Basic English)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description: DDCC Floor, Inc. is looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker for a full-time, long-term opportunity at our Duluth, GA facility. You will be responsible for maintaining warehouse organization and ensuring accurate shipping and receiving processes.

Because our floor management communicates primarily in Mandarin, fluency in Mandarin is a requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading materials.

  • Conduct routine inventory counts and ensure accurate stock tracking.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed to move materials safely.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese is required; basic English communication skills are acceptable.

  • Experience: Previous warehouse experience required; forklift experience is a strong plus.

  • Work Authorization: Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

  • Must be reliable, physically capable of handling warehouse tasks, and looking for a long-term commitment.
