Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Server to join our Colombian restaurant team. Spanish is required as the primary language, and basic English is preferred to communicate with a diverse customer base. The Server is the face of our restaurant and plays a key role in delivering an authentic dining experience. The ideal candidate is outgoing, attentive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM 9:00 PM
Monday through Sunday (12 days off per week)
Responsibilities
Take food and beverage orders from customers
Answer questions about the menu, including Colombian dishes and preparation
Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff
Check with customers during their meals to ensure satisfaction
Process payments and provide checks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
Qualifications
Spanish required (must be fluent)
Basic English preferred
Previous experience as a server is preferred
Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with food safety guidelines
