Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Technician to support our engineering and manufacturing teams by developing and maintaining clear, effective work instructions. This role is essential in ensuring consistent and optimized manufacturing processes through accurate documentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

ยท Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical data to create detailed work instructions.

ยท Collaborate with manufacturing team members to understand processes and incorporate best practices.

ยท Observe production processes and take photographs to accurately document steps and tooling.

ยท Continuously improve and optimize work instructions based on feedback and process changes.
