Job Title: Engineering Administrator

Duration: Fulltime and Onsite from Day 1.
Job Description:
Document Management:
Maintaining and organizing engineering documents, drawings, specifications, and technical manuals, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Project Support:
Assisting with project scheduling, tracking progress, and updating stakeholders on milestones.
Communication:
Serving as a point of contact for the engineering department, responding to inquiries, and facilitating communication between different teams.
Administrative Tasks:
Handling correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining financial and other types of records, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
Quality Assurance:
Supporting quality audits and inspections and ensuring adherence to established procedures.
Procurement:
Assisting with resource allocation and procurement for engineering projects.
Office Management:
Ordering and maintaining office supplies, managing equipment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the engineering office.
Skills and Qualifications:
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
