Reputable firm looking to add a talented Civil Engineer/Project Manager to their Madison office!



Responsibilities:

  • Project engineering/management duties (project oversight, set priorities/develop objectives, financial management, project design)
  • Provide technical guidance to site civil team
  • Project engineering/management
  • Mentor/train junior staff
  • Business development duties (proposal preparation, project interviews/presentations, client management)
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Participate in professional organizations
  • Communicate with clients/internal teams



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 6+ years of design experience for a variety of projects (site development, municipal roadway, utility projects)
  • PE License
  • Knowledge of stormwater management design/permitting regulations
  • Knowledge of municipal utility design (sanitary sewer and water main)
  • Team management experience preferred
  • Proficient with Autodesk Civil3D, hydrology and hydraulic software


Salary is commensurate with experience.
