Hours: minimum 45 hours per week, to be able to support this type of project.
Number of positions: 1
Any possibility of the assignment to be converted to a full-time role? –possibly
  • Lead end to end project delivery for the design, construction, and commissioning of a large scale animal vaccine manufacturing facility
  • Manage capital project budget, schedule, and resources to ensure on time and on budget execution
  • Coordinate cross functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, validation, and regulatory affairs
  • Serve as primary interface with architects, EPC firms, contractors, and equipment suppliers
  • Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks
  • Proven understanding of the capital project lifecycle and FEL process.
  • Proven ability to influence decision making with executive level stakeholders.
  • Proven exceptional social and diplomacy skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team across a multi-departmental project with direct and indirect management of functional resources
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Documented success with leading capital projects in excess of (USD)100MM.
  • Proven ability to operate under high-pressure in a timeline constrained environment.

Skills:Experience managing large capital projects, including new buildings or building expansions, preferably within pharma or bio industry.Education:Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/construction field (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical preferred) or equivalent experience.
