Job description

  • Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale infrastructure initiatives with Engineering, SRE, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers
  • Translate business and engineering priorities into roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes
  • Create and drive project schedules, task assignments, detailed tasks, and cross-team dependencies
  • Establish and monitor success metrics including delivery timelines, reliability improvements, cost savings, and team velocity
  • Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and opportunities affecting infrastructure strategy
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across worldwide business units, subject matter experts, product management, SRE, and platform engineering
  • Track project activities, schedules, priorities, dependencies, blockers, and critical issues through resolution
  • Triage inbound requests and help coordinate operational escalations
  • Ensure documentation, change management, and operational readiness for infrastructure changes
  • Facilitate technical and executive-level discussions and translate infrastructure concepts into business value
  • Manage daily and weekly project communication and status reporting
  • Lead Scrum meetings and follow up on meeting minutes and action items
  • Coordinate work flexibly across time zones
Requirements
