Job description

Job Description:
The Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property to ensure safe and efficient operations. Works with the engineering team to resolve issues and support guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems.
  • Maintain tools and inventory in good condition.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with company and OSHA standards.
  • Support special projects as assigned by the Chief Engineer.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hotel or facility maintenance required.
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Availability for on-call rotation, weekends, and holidays.
