Job Description:

Seeking Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor!
Full-time, 7:00am-3:30pm (flexible), Monday-Friday, occasional weekends
Baptist Health Floyd
Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area

This is a working supervisor position responsible for directing the daily operations of the Engineering staff. The Engineering Staff ensures high standards of maintenance, compliance and documentation while translating organizational policies and procedures into daily operations in accordance with all accrediting organizations and regulatory requirements. This position oversees and promotes operational efficiencies through sound engineering and maintenance management practices. Additionally, the Engineering Supervisor coordinates quality and performance improvement initiatives, including staff training, development and ongoing competency assessment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
At least five (5) years' experience in general maintenance
