Job Overview: Join our dynamic Rotational Development Program in the January 2027 class designed to develop future leaders in operations, engineering, and supply chain management. This program offers hands-on experience across various departments, providing exposure to critical functions within our organization. As a rotational associate, you will work on impactful projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and receive mentorship from seasoned professionals to accelerate your career in operations and supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
• Rotation through Departments:
  • Start the program as a Production Supervisor, leading an assembly area, managing key performance metrics, and collaborating across teams to meet production goals.
  • Participate in structured rotations across different departments such as operations, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of each department's role, processes, and contributions to the organization.

• Project Management:
  • Execute assigned projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement project deliverables and achieve measurable results.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.

• Continuous Improvement:
