Digital Workplace & Endpoint Support Analyst (Contract)

Location: Chaska, MN (Onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Workplace & Endpoint Support Analyst to deliver an exceptional technology experience for employees across the organization. In this role, you'll support Microsoft 365 applications, endpoint devices, and virtual desktop environments, ensuring users have secure, reliable tools to stay productive. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically strong, and passionate about solving problems in a modern, cloud-first workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Platform, Power BI, and Copilot.
  • Troubleshoot access, licensing, permissions, device, and functionality issues.
  • Support Windows endpoints, VDI environments, Windows 365 Cloud PC, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Assist with device provisioning, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and software licensing through an IT ticketing system.
  • Support user access management and authentication activities within Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Create and maintain documentation while identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce recurring issues.
  • Partner with IT teams to deliver timely issue resolution and a high level of end-user satisfaction.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, endpoint management, desktop support, or digital workplace services.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of endpoint management and/or virtual desktop technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and user access management.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC and/or Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint Manager.
  • Experience supporting Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Exposure to cloud transformation or digital workplace initiatives.
