Reporting to the Senior IT Services Manager, the IT Services Supervisor - Endpoint Managementis responsible forthe operational leadership, technical oversight, and strategic direction of the firm's endpoint management program. This roleisresponsible fordelivering secure, reliable, and standardized endpoint services while developing the technical capabilities of the team and driving continuous improvement.

How You'll Spend Your Time:

Essential Functions

  • Leading the daily operations of the Endpoint Management team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and SLA attainment.

  • Overseeing the full endpoint lifecycle including procurement, deployment, Autopilot provisioning, software delivery, patching, security,refresh, and retirement.

  • Owning endpoint standards for Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, mobile devices, and endpoint security.

  • Serving as the senior technical escalation point for endpoint technologies and complex incidents.

  • Driving automation through PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and modern management technologies.

  • Partnering with Infrastructure, Security, Identity, Networking, Service Desk, and Facilities on enterprise initiatives.

  • LeadingEPtechnology refreshes, M&AEPintegrationsas needed, and enterprise endpoint projects.

  • Maintaining documentation, standards, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
