  • Experience working with EMV contact and contactless payment technologies, chip profile configuration, network certification requirements, and payment card personalization standards
  • Experience using ticketing, monitoring, and reporting tools to track incidents, service requests, and system performance
  • Ability to analyze transaction flows, interpret system behavior, and communicate technical findings to technical and executive stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience supporting EMV product ownership at a bank, credit union, fintech, processor, or other issuer organization
  • Experience with card personalization, chip data preparation, chip script configuration, or card issuance solutions
  • Knowledge of network chip frameworks and certification processes including Mastercard M/Chip, Visa VSDC, Discover D-PAS, American Express AEIPS, and EMVCo specifications
  • Experience with emerging payment technologies such as contactless-only products, tokenization, mobile wallet enablement, FIDO authentication, secure element technologies, or digital credential solutions
