PRO BEV is seeking a Commercial Beverage Equipment Service Technician to join our growing field service team. As a Commercial Beverage Equipment Service Technician, you'll travel to customer locations throughout the Largo area to diagnose, maintain, repair, and optimize beverage dispensing systems. You'll work independently while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring commercial beverage equipment operates efficiently, reliably, and consistently.

This role combines mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, equipment repair, installation support, and customer education, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems while working in the field.

Diagnose and repair commercial beverage dispensing equipment, identify mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and flow-related issues, and restore equipment to proper operating condition. Perform preventative maintenance, scheduled cleanings, system inspections, and equipment adjustments to maximize reliability and beverage quality.

Install and commission beverage dispensing equipment when needed, verify system performance, and recommend maintenance or repair solutions that help customers avoid future equipment failures. Educate customers on proper equipment operation, preventative maintenance, and best practices while maintaining professional relationships at every service location.

Document completed work using mobile service software, manage your daily service schedule efficiently, maintain company equipment and tools, and consistently represent PRO BEV with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

We're seeking mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy troubleshooting equipment and working independently. Previous experience servicing mechanical systems is preferred but beverage equipment experience is not required.

Candidates with backgrounds in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, appliance repair, commercial kitchen equipment, food service equipment, facilities maintenance, mechanical repair, or similar technical trades are encouraged to apply.

Successful candidates should have strong diagnostic abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple service calls while maintaining outstanding customer service. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to continue learning are essential for long-term success.

Professional communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships are important, as you'll serve as the face of PRO BEV in the field.

A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
