Well-established New York law firm is hiring a Legal Assistant to join its midtown Manhattan team.


The ideal candidate is a meticulous and diligent professional with:

• 7+ year(s) of law firm administrative/secretarial support experience

• Litigation practice group experience, preferred

• Partner-level support experience, preferred

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


The Legal Assistant will:

• Support the firm’s Managing Partner with all administrative duties including answering and directing calls, preparing travel itineraries, calendaring, time entries, document management and meeting preparation

• Serve as a client liaison

• Assist with additional tasks, as needed


Additional information:

• Salary: $65K - $115K (non-exempt) commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, FSA, parental leave, family building and backup care benefits, commuter benefits, employee assistance programs, subsidized gym memberships, mobile plan reimbursements, 401K (with match and firm contribution), pension plan, life insurance, LTD/STD, and more
