Job Summary

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of Human Resources or Employee Relations experience
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws including FMLA, FLSA, NLRA, ADA, and EEO regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 5–10%

Preferred

  • Experience supporting multi-state operations
  • Experience utilizing HR Case Management systems
  • Experience supporting unionized workforces
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
  • Hospitality, food service, retail, or multi-unit experience


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct employee relations investigations
  • Partner with HR and operational leaders to resolve workplace concerns
  • Provide guidance on employment policies and procedures
  • Support the SpeakUp (employee hotline) reporting process and case resolution
  • Monitor investigation trends and recommend proactive solutions
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the HR Case Management system
  • Develop and facilitate Employee Relations training
  • Partner with Legal, Labor Relations, Security, and Risk Management on complex investigations
  • Support audits of employee relations data
  • Promote consistent application of company policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and workplace culture
