The Opportunity

In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our employee experience-driving initiatives that foster connection, motivation, and a sense of belonging. From onboarding to exit interviews, you'll shape the journey of our team members and help build a culture that thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement.

This is more than an HR role-it's a chance to make a meaningful impact every day. You'll work closely with new hires, managers, and teams to ensure every voice is heard and every experience counts.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Champion employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
  • Coordinate and deliver New Hire Orientation programs
  • Support onboarding and follow-up with new hires to ensure a smooth transition
  • Manage probationary performance evaluations
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement
  • Partner with the Hourly Recruiting Team on external hiring efforts
  • Provide HR generalist support including coaching and employee relations
  • Investigate and resolve workplace concerns with professionalism and care
Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2-5 years of general HR experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
