How You Will Contribute:
- Enhance companyโs growth by strategically hiring top talent
- Act as a direct point of contact for hiring managers
- Actively source candidates for open roles and review incoming applications from postings
- Conduct phone screens and assess candidatesโ qualifications
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates for current and future openings
- Negotiate compensation and start dates
- Work with managers to update job descriptions when needed
- Develop an expertise in Miller Cooperโs departments and specialties to better assess candidateโs qualifications
- Assist with on campus recruiting as needed and participate in campus events sponsored by Miller Cooper

About YOU!
- Bachelorโs degree
- 5 years of experience, including 3 years of full cycle recruiting, preferably in accounting or a related field
- Proven ability to source candidates from LinkedIn, ATS, and networking
- Experience building and managing large candidate pipelines
- Ability to apply judgment in hiring recommendations
- Understanding of hiring best practices and Illinois state laws impacting HR
- Excellent communication skills & time management skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for bringing in top talent!
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including internal salary alignment, market data, and the candidateโs qualifications- including, but not limited to, specialty skills, prior relevant industry experience, and relevant degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, JD). The salary range estimated below is inclusive of all departments within the Firm, and offered salaries may vary within the given range depending on the specific department. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this level is $70,000-90,000, not including discretionary annual bonus and other competitive benefits.ย
