Job Summary
Manages development and delivery of employee communications that promote clarity, alignment, and engagement across DPR's portfolio of megaprojects. Oversees planning, production, and distribution of content for multiple employee segments and channels. Partners with leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into clear, actionable messages. Helps supervise project level communications professionals and ensures consistency with brand, culture, and organizational values.
Key Responsibilities
• Develops strategy for communications programs and campaigns across channels.
• Along with megaproject external communications manager, supervises project-level communications staff, assigning work, providing feedback, and supporting professional development.
• Partners with megaproject leadership to translate strategic priorities into clear messaging frameworks and editorial plans.
• Oversees content standards, review processes, and quality control to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and inclusivity and adherence to brand standards.
• Coordinates measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement using engagement and feedback data.
• Aligns internal messaging with organizational culture, values, and Employer Value Proposition (EVP); collaborates closely with DPR C+B's employee communications subteam and appropriate regional employee communications professionals.
• Manages vendor and budget needs related to megaproject employee communications activities.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience
10+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field, including 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity required.
Experience working in rural communities and with a distributed workforce preferred.
Anticipated starting pay range:
$124,000.00- $186,000.00
