Employment Systems Benefits Associate
At St. Francis Health Services of Morris, Inc., our mission is simple: Expressing Christ's love by providing care that values every human life. We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Employment Systems Benefits Associate to support Human Resources at our subsidiary locations.

What You'll Do
As the Employment Systems Benefits Associate, you will play a key role in supporting employee benefits and HR operations by:
  • Administering employee benefit programs including enrollments, terminations, COBRA/MN Continuation, and retirement plan processes
  • Supporting ACA reporting and compliance activities
  • Assisting with open enrollment and life event benefit changes
  • Helping ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional employee service

What We're Looking For
  • Associate degree or HR-related certification preferred
  • 2+ years of benefits administration experience preferred
  • Knowledge of employee benefits, leave administration, and HR compliance
  • Experience with HRIS systems (UKG experience is a plus)

Full-Time | Exempt (Salaried)
This position may be structured as on-site, hybrid, or fully remote after initial training depending on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate and business needs. Candidate must reside in the state of Minnesota, be willing to relocate, or travel within close proximity to the corporate office located in Morris, Minnesota.
Salary Range: $53,500-$63,000 DOE
