On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000 - $100,000 annually
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Are you energized by helping people during critical moments, building strong relationships, and turning fast-moving opportunities into meaningful results? SERVPRO Team Wall is looking for a driven, compassionate, and responsive Emergency Response Coordinator to support homeowners and businesses when unexpected property emergencies happen.
*Position requires residency within Hunt Valley, MD or surrounding areas*
We offer an uncapped commission plan, meaning there is no maximum on how much commission you can earn. Truly unlimited earning potential. Realistic earnings well over $100,000+

What You’ll Do:
As an Emergency Response Coordinator, you will respond as leads come in from real-time emergency lead notification services and work closely with residential and commercial customers to coordinate mitigation and reconstruction services.
You’ll be one of the first people customers connect with after fire, water, or storm-related property damage. You’ll guide them through next steps and provide reassurance during extremely stressful situations.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Arrive quickly to fire, water, or storm-related losses to consult with impacted property owners
  • Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and decision-makers
  • Maintain daily readiness, including call-to-action planning and care kit preparation
  • Meet or exceed weekly sales activity and meeting goals
  • Conduct ongoing prospecting and territory research to identify new opportunities
  • Represent SERVPRO Team Wall professionally across all customer interactions
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by the VP of Disaster Recovery and Emergency Response
Successful candidates typically have:
  •  Strong sales, closing, and relationship-building skills
  •  The ability to support time-sensitive customer needs, including reasonable evening, weekend, and holiday readiness
  •  High self-motivation, resilience, and a proactive mindset
  •  Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or emergency services sales (preferred)

A Role Built for Opportunity:
Those who are responsive and able to capitalize on after-hours opportunities often see the greatest success in this role, as quick engagement can directly translate into stronger customer relationships, increased closed business, and higher earnings.

Because property emergencies may occur outside traditional business hours, this role offers a naturally flexible schedule. Regular in‑person presence at the Harrisburg West office will be especially important during the first few months, as the ERC builds relationships and becomes fully integrated with the team. Once established in the role, the ERC is expected to participate in 2-3 Work-in Progress meetings each week - either remotely or in-person.  While regular in-person office interaction is required it’s understood that some weeks will be leaner in this regard if off-site and off-hours work is heavy.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary: $60,000 annually
  • Uncapped commission plan – no earnings cap, ever
  •  Realistic total earnings of $100,000+
  •  401(k) with company match and 100% vesting at 6 months
  •  Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  •  Generous PTO
  •  Ongoing training and professional development
  •  Bi-weekly car allowance
