Essential job responsibilities:

  • Manage client and target accounts to drive business growth.
  • Manage ongoing projects to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Lead sales activities within specific accounts.
  • Lead new discussions and proposals.
  • Prospect clients aligned with Radix's strategy.
  • Follow up on the proposals generated.
  • Identify development needs and training for the team.
  • Define objectives and goals for the team, in a clear and practical way.
  • Support the upper leadership with the necessary information and indicators.
  • Identify partnerships that will help our business.


Requirements to be eligible:

  • Energy Industry Knowledge.
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Engineering.
  • Experience with software, data and other technologies used in Industry.
