Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Project's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing profit and loss statements to ensure financial targets are met and profitability is maintained.
- Responsible for management and oversight of project business units, staff, and resources, ensures compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) and timeliness of contractually required reports and deliverables.
- Participate with project and executive management to establish strategic plans, objectives, initiatives, and work plans.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports for performance measurement, quality, and efficiencies.
- Identify potential problem areas, recommend solutions, and work closely and cooperatively with the client to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
- Facilitate communication on project status, to include applicable corrective and preventive actions to leadership.
- Ensure project budget and related financial schedules meet corporate requirements.
- Assist with issues and risk management and participate in mitigation and contingency actions to address the risks.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Bachelors with 5 years of experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of experience in program management required
- Experience working with large-scale employee placement agencies, especially within the government services or benefits space
- Experience with E & T or TANF is preferred
- Workforce services or experience in a similar setting required

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
