Job Title: Program Manager – MarTech

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027 (Onsite)
Employment Type: 5+ Month W2 Contract (No C2C or sponsorship available)

About the Role

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Marketing Technology (MarTech) to support strategic initiatives involving customer communications, personalization, paid media, customer data, digital marketing, and emerging AI capabilities.

This role will coordinate multiple Agile teams and technical workstreams, providing program governance, risk management, cross-functional coordination, and executive visibility. The ideal candidate has strong technology program management experience and can effectively work across engineering, data, analytics, architecture, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex MarTech programs across multiple teams and workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Customer Data, AI/ML, Customer Care, Campaigns and Communications, Data Engineering, and other technology teams.
  • Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, timelines, and key decisions.
  • Provide visibility into program health, delivery status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate sprint-level and program-level planning across Agile teams.
  • Support technology roadmaps, prioritization, and program governance.
  • Facilitate status meetings, sprint readouts, program reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain program documentation, reporting, and project artifacts using Jira and Confluence.
  • Develop executive presentations, status reports, and program updates.
  • Drive alignment across technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Program Management or Project Management experience in a technology environment.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience with Agile and/or SAFe environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing program risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and governance.
  • Experience partnering with Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, or AI/ML teams.
  • Experience supporting Marketing Technology, MarTech, or digital technology initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Databricks, or Snowflake.
  • Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise technology environments.
  • Experience supporting AI/ML or emerging AI initiatives.
  • Experience with personalization, customer engagement, customer data, digital marketing, or customer communications platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital acquisition, paid media, or digital marketing programs.
  • Retail or eCommerce experience.
