Job description

Delta Solutions & Strategies is looking for a Senior Joint Education Program Manager at Offutt Air Force Base. This position supports United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Organizational Development and Innovation Division (J14) in support of education, training, professional development, and organizational readiness initiatives supporting strategic deterrence and global operations missions.
This position will provide senior-level education program management expertise supporting academic coordination, professional development initiatives, lesson plan development, and organizational training activities. This role supports the management, coordination, assessment, and continuous improvement of joint education and professional development programs supporting USSTRATCOM personnel and mission requirements.
What you'll be doing:
  • Support management, coordination, and execution of joint education and professional development programs.
  • Coordinate with universities, academic institutions, and educational partners regarding admissions, enrollment, registration, and bursar-related activities.
  • Support development, analysis, improvement, and assessment of lesson plans, educational materials, and professional development programs.
  • Assist with curriculum management, program improvement initiatives, and training coordination activities.
  • Coordinate with operational staffs, leadership teams, academic partners, and mission stakeholders to support organizational development objectives.
  • Support educational reporting, program tracking, scheduling, and documentation activities.
  • Participate in planning meetings, program reviews, assessments, and lessons learned activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on education, professional development, and organizational readiness.

What you'll need:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience routinely interfacing with academic institutions at the graduate level regarding admissions, enrollment, registration, and bursar operations.
  • Working knowledge of program management, lesson plan development, educational analysis, program improvement, and assessment methodologies.
  • Experience supporting professional development programs, training coordination, or organizational education initiatives.
  • Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and program management skills.
  • Experience supporting military, government, or operational training environments preferred.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
