Joint Training Program Manager
On Site | Offutt AFB, Bellevue, Nebraska | TS/SCI Required

D amp;G is seeking a Joint Training Program Manager to support the administration, development, and continuous improvement of the U.S. Strategic Command Training Program. This role is responsible for managing joint training, education, and professional development programs that enhance readiness, leadership development, and mission effectiveness across USSTRATCOM Headquarters and its components.

The ideal candidate brings experience in program management, instructional design, military training programs, and adult learning methodologies, along with the ability to coordinate and deliver training initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.

What You Will Do

• Provide program management and lesson plan development, analysis, improvement, assessment, and maintenance of USSTRATCOM joint training, education, and professional development (TE amp;PD) products and courses.
• Apply appropriate pedagogical methodologies to analyze, design, develop, coordinate, administer, manage, and evaluate training programs and educational products.
• Maintain currency of training and education materials and incorporate updates into appropriate training databases.
• Plan, prepare, update, and execute Command integrated missions and joint operations training and orientation events, including onboarding acculturation sessions and onboarding process management.
• Plan, prepare, update, and execute command training and education programs, including the Senior Civilian/Military Development Program, Strategic Leadership Fellows Program, and Strategic Deterrence Education Program.
• Plan, prepare, update, and execute command-wide training and education activities, including courses, lectures, and facilitated discussions led by internal and external subject matter experts.
• Support joint training and education activities that address identified training and professional development requirements.
• Maintain manual and electronic files, records, and program documentation.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and seminars to gather and disseminate information required to support training objectives.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, briefings, and other written materials documenting activities and program outcomes.
• Research courses, instructional materials, and learning methodologies to support development of new training initiatives.
• Respond to inquiries, provide information, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and support program execution.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Program Manager.

What We Are Looking For

Required

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Management, International Affairs, Military Studies, Public Policy, Education, Training Development, or related field preferred; equivalent military operational experience may be substituted.
• 3 years of experience with program management and lesson plan development, analysis, improvement, and assessment using appropriate pedagogical methods.
• Experience supporting one or more USSTRATCOM mission areas at the Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or Service MAJCOM level.
• Strong communication and briefing skills with the ability to speak authoritatively on intelligence matters.
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, high-tempo operational and exercise environments.

Clearance and Eligibility

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

Travel

• Approximately 10% CONUS travel.

Location

• On site at Offutt Air Force Base, Bellevue, Nebraska.
