About Los Angeles Reproductive Center:

At Los Angeles Reproductive Center, part of Ivy Fertility, we’re committed to delivering compassionate, patient-focused fertility care, supporting patients through every step of their fertility journey. We’re looking for a full-time Embryologist to join our team in Encino!

Job Summary:

The Embryologist is responsible for performing a variety of assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and patient care. This role partners closely with physicians, nurses, and the broader ART team to support successful clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine ART procedures, including oocyte retrieval, IVF, ICSI, embryo biopsy, embryo culture, cryopreservation, thawing, assisted hatching, and embryo transfer
  • Conduct sperm preparation, including MESA/TESA processing and semen washes for IVF and IUI
  • Maintain and update quality control, quality assurance, and safety logs
  • Support lab operations, including media preparation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
  • Enter and manage data in lab systems (Artisan, Excel, etc.)
  • Participate in lab meetings, committees, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Assist with regulatory compliance, including CLIA, FDA, OSHA, CAP, and tissue bank inspections
  • Provide a high level of service and collaboration with physicians, staff, and patients
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution in a chemical, physical, or biological science
  • Minimum 2 years' clinical embryology experience
