Job Summary 

 
We are looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing email campaigns. This role focuses on building, refining, and deploying emails, and requires comfort across design, copy, and basic coding. The ideal candidate can take a brief and independently produce a polished, production-ready email. This is an execution-focused role and will work closely with CRM and marketing stakeholders to ensure high-quality, accurate, and on-brand email communications. 

Job Location 

This is a hybrid role based out of Atlanta, GA. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Build responsive marketing emails using HTML and CSS 

  • Write and edit email copy to ensure clarity, scannability, and brand alignment 

  • Use AMPScript to support personalization and dynamic content 

  • Execute email deployments, including QA, testing, and scheduling 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate campaign requirements into effective email builds 

  • Troubleshoot basic rendering, data, and deployment issues 

  • Maintain and update email templates as needed 

  • Ability collaborative, fast-paced marketing environment 

  • Opportunity to work across multiple brands and audiences 

  • Emphasis on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement 

Job Requirements 

  • Hands-on experience building marketing emails 

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email 

  • Familiarity with AMPScript for personalization and conditional content 

  • Comfort making design and copy edits within established brand guidelines 

  • Experience executing email sends end-to-end 

  • Strong attention to detail and quality control 

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Preferred) 

  • Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) (Preferred) 

  • Experience working with dynamic or modular email templates (Preferred) 

  • Familiarity with CRM-driven or data-powered email programs (Preferred)
