Job description

Job Summary:
CPI Card Group is seeking an Exchange and Messaging System Engineer to join their Transportation Team. The role involves administering enterprise messaging environments, managing Microsoft Exchange Online and M365 integration, and providing Tier 3 email support.
Responsibilities:
• Administers enterprise messaging environments, ensuring secure and available email operations.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange Online and M365 integration.
• Oversee email routing, spam filtering, and backup configurations.
• Ensure compliance with DOT records management and data retention policies.
• Provide Tier 3 email support and configuration documentation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5–8 years in email operations.
• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
