Developer, Email Systems & Marketing Automation

Position Overview

Commerce House is seeking aDeveloper, Email Systems & Marketing Automationwith5+ years of experiencebuilding, testing, and deploying emails across enterprise platforms such asSalesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Paytronix, and similar systems.

This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to solve problems independently. You will work closely with strategy, account, design, and production teams to develop high-quality email campaigns that perform across platforms and devices.

This is afull-time hybrid rolebased in Dallas:
โ€“ Work from home Monday and Friday
โ€“ In office Tuesday through Thursday

Responsibilities
  • Code, build, test, and deploy responsive HTML emails
  • Work across platforms including Salesforce, Pardot, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Paytronix, and similar tools
  • Create reusable templates and modular email components
  • QA emails for rendering, links, tracking, personalization, and functionality
  • Troubleshoot technical, platform, and rendering issues
  • Partner with internal teams to translate creative into production-ready emails
  • Support best practices in email performance, accessibility, and deliverability
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in email development or marketing automation execution
  • Strong proficiency inHTML and CSS for email
  • Experience with enterprise ESPs and marketing automation systems
  • Understanding of responsive email development and cross-client rendering
  • Familiarity with dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and collaborative mindset
