Rep-Lite is partnering with an innovative medical device company to identify a driven Territory Sales Representative to support continued growth throughout the West Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to join a growing organization with cutting-edge technology, strong leadership, and significant career advancement potential.

We're seeking candidates with 2–5 years of medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales experience who thrive in a consultative sales environment and enjoy building long-term relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals.

What You'll Do

As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for growing market share, developing new business opportunities, and supporting healthcare providers throughout your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan.
  • Prospect and develop new hospital and healthcare accounts while expanding existing relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, educational in-services, and customer training sessions.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Build trusted relationships with physicians, surgeons, nurses, supply chain teams, and hospital decision-makers.
  • Provide ongoing product education, troubleshooting, and customer support.
  • Support clinical procedures and operating room cases when needed.
  • Effectively communicate product value through clinical outcomes and economic benefits.
  • Maintain CRM activity, territory reporting, and sales documentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and leadership teams.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2–5 years of successful medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or B2B sales experience.
  • Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to sell within hospital and clinical environments.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a large geographic territory.
  • Experience working with hospitals, IDNs, GPOs, or healthcare purchasing teams is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the territory.
