As part of this, in this career, you may record comments about a product, promote a product to customers, use analytics to see when and where people decide to purchase products, and bring problems to the attention of managers and engineers as necessary. For example, if you process emailed medical reports, you might use software to keep track of the recorded number of errors and send out an alert when a location surpasses a certain threshold. Advertising-based email processing jobs focus on copying and pasting content into a variety of templates and may involve tweaking emails to fit different audiences.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Email Processing Specialist, and why are they important?

Additionally, maintaining clear communication with team members and proactively flagging complex queries for escalation are important practices to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Regularly reviewing and refining your workflow can further enhance productivity and reduce stress in this fast-paced environment.

Job description

Sterile Processing Account Specialist (Hospital-Based)
Tampa, FL | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | $60,000-$70,000 (based on experience) + Full Slate of Benefits
Ready to use your SPD experience in a role that's more leadership and problem-solving - and less daily tray assembly?
We're hiring an experienced Sterile Processing professional to support one dedicated hospital account in Tampa, FL. This is a hands-on, clinical role where you act as the on-site expert improving workflows, supporting teams, and keeping the OR running smoothly.
No travel. No shift work. No bouncing between facilities. Just one hospital where you can truly make an impact.
What You'll Get
  • $60,000-$70,000 base salary (based on experience)
  • Monday-Friday schedule (hours aligned with the facility)
  • No weekends, no holidays, no travel required
  • Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO & sick time
  • Stable, full-time hospital-based role
  • Clear pathway into the medical device industry

What You'll Do
  • Partner daily with SPD and OR leadership
  • Ensure tray readiness and case support
  • Audit trays, instrumentation, and workflows
  • Identify and fix inefficiencies before they impact cases
  • Lead hands-on training and in-services
  • Support process improvements and standardization initiatives
  • Serve as the hospital's go-to sterile processing expert

This is not a traditional tech role - you'll spend less time assembling trays and more time improving systems, training teams, and solving problems.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in Sterile Processing, Central Services, OR, or surgical services
  • Strong knowledge of instrumentation and tray workflows
  • Comfortable working directly in SPD/OR environments
  • CRCST, CBSPD, or CST preferred

Great fit for:
Senior Techs • Leads • Supervisors • Educators • Managers • OR Liaisons • Clinical Specialists
If you're ready to step out of shift work and into a role with more ownership, visibility, and long-term growth, we'd love to connect. Apply today.
Rep-Lite receives a large volume of resumes for each position and regretfully cannot respond to each application.
If we have an interest in speaking with you further, we will email a request for a video interview. Sometimes these emails end up in spam/junk so please make sure you are checking them periodically; the sending domain will be @applytojob.com.
Thank you for your interest in Rep-Lite and good luck in your search!
