The Senior Analyst CRM role plays a key part in executing daily revenue-generating campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, helping us connect with customers and drive business growth. Communication is essential to our customers' experience and serves as a critical channel for driving customer success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, test, and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and best practices.
  • Maintain and optimize automation workflows within SFMC (including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio) to support recurring and trigger-based campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement campaigns accordingly.
  • Ensure email deliverability by following best practices in CAN-SPAM compliance, IP warming, and sender reputation management.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine messaging, subject lines, and sending strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues related to data flows, email rendering, and platform errors.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of campaign setup, processes, and system configurations.
  • Stay current with SFMC platform updates, new features, and email marketing trends to continuously enhance platform usage.

MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTIES

Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management), however, will be responsible for directing technical resources.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in analytics, marketing, or related field
  • 2 - 4 yrs experience with Enterprise level experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Ability to think critically, identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis.
  • Proven ability to organize multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
  • Must be able to work independently and also be team-oriented, reliable and dependable
  • Strong initiative, creative thinking, attention to detail and work ethic

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for up to 8 hours a day; Ability to use hands and fingers to type on a keyboard and use a mouse to navigate; Vision sufficient to view small details on a computer monitor
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours a day; ability to stoop, bend and lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to hear and verbally communicate using a telephone handset and/or connected headset device

  • Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
  • Travel requirements: None
  • Climate-controlled office environment during normal business hours.
