Job description

The Email Lead is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing strategic email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and deliver impactful messaging to our audience. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling, personalized, and results-driven email experiences. The ideal candidate is a technically minded, strategic thinker with strong organizational and communication skills who understands email best practices and can translate complex ideas into simple, effective messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns to improve engagement and performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality results.
Develop and maintain responsive, mobile-first email templates using HTML and CSS.
Implement email testing strategies (A/B testing, segmentation, personalization) to enhance performance.
Manage tagging, tracking, and reporting using analytics platforms.
Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant email regulations.
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in email marketing or a related role.
Experience working within email marketing platforms; Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
Familiarity with platforms such as Responsys, Silverpop, MessageGears, or SendGrid.
Experience with tools such as Litmus, Sparkpost, or Movable Ink.
Understanding of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics preferred).
