We are looking for an experienced Email Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This is a handsโ€‘on, execution-focused role for someone who can independently build and deploy email campaigns, design templates and ad creative, and use AI tools to move fast on copy. You will work across our legal and financial services brands, contribute to testing and segmentation decisions, and use performance data to sharpen results over time. If you are a selfโ€‘sufficient marketer with a strong design eye and a proven track record of owning your work, this role is for you.

This position will be based in either in Atlanta with frequent travel to Tampa or in Tampa.

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Build and deploy email marketing campaigns from audience selection and segmentation through scheduling, QA, and deployment.
  • Design email templates independently, ensuring layouts render correctly across mobile and desktop environments.
  • Design ad creative for social and display channels, from concept through final production.
  • Use AI writing tools to develop and iterate on copy for emails, ads, and other campaign assets.
  • Manage and maintain a library of HTML email templates, landing pages, and forms.
  • Identify, export, and manage email lists and segments by campaign to ensure the right message reaches the right audience.
  • Build and execute an A/B testing calendar covering subject lines, audience segments, creative, offers, and CTAs, and translate results into recommendations.
  • Monitor campaign performance across key metrics and bring forward data-informed ideas to improve results on an ongoing basis.
  • Document email marketing processes, best practices, and campaign procedures to support consistency across the team.
  • Stay current on email deliverability standards, design trends, and AI tool capabilities, and apply relevant updates to your work.
What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • 3 to 4 years of handsโ€‘on experience executing email marketing campaigns across all phases of the process.
  • Demonstrated ability to design email templates and ad creative independently, without reliance on a dedicated design team.
  • Handsโ€‘on experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to generate and refine marketing copy.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation and email platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HTML as it applies to email template builds and maintenance.
  • Comfort working with data and performance metrics including open rate, CTR, CVR, and CPA, with the ability to draw actionable conclusions.
  • Familiarity with paid social and display advertising is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take full ownership of their workload.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
