Job Description

This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale or New York City.  

The Owned In-House Agency Teamwill be part of theChannel Strategy &Operations (CSO)marketing team.The CSO mission is to create demand, convert demand efficiently at scale, and deliver value by increasing effectiveness and efficiency across Marketing. CSO owns the planning, execution, optimization, innovation and stewardship of Paid and Owned media.TheOwned In-House Agency Teamsupports the LinkedIn Owned Media team, which leads channel strategy, prioritization, and performance across Email and LinkedIn Ads. This team partners closely with Owned Media to bring campaigns to life at scale, ensuring high-quality execution and operational excellence across a complex portfolio. This includes driving execution of campaign builds, QA, and reporting insights based on the Owned Media team's strategy and priorities. This team also plays a key role in enabling efficiency and consistency through the use and enablement of technology, automation, and tooling -- delivering impact through execution, scalability, and continuous improvement within a high-performing marketing organization. 

This role reports to a Director focused on improving how work gets done - workflows, tooling, and operating models - to increase speed, efficiency, and measurable impact. The Senior Marketing Operations Manager leads a specialized team running email operations and LOL (LinkedIn on LinkedIn), managing production across multiple business lines and programs to deliver higher conversion and engagement. 

Ideal for a digital marketing leader who has experience managing global teams and delivering results across multiple programs and business lines. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver the Owned In-House Agency vision by scaling the team and its automation/tooling to drive execution excellence. 
  • Drive the tooling and AI roadmap across LinkedIn Ads and email operations. 
  • Lead and develop the email operations and LoL team; set expectations and manage performance. 
  • Run production and operations across multiple businesses and channel programs. 
  • Ensure rigorous execution to meet or exceed financial goals. 
  • Balance priorities, track KPIs, and apply insights to improve performance. 
  • Partner cross-functionally to maximize campaign effectiveness and outcomes. 
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience 
  • 4+ years of leadership experience (with or without direct reports) 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience; platform management and email marketing preferred 
  • Experience managing offshore teams 
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
  • Change management and risk mitigation experience preferred 
  • Proven use of automation and AI tooling to deliver impact

The pay range for this role is $149,000 to $233,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
