Position Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Rentals team in Byron Center, MI. As the first point of contact for rental and leasing customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience. This is an in-office position-you'll be expected to report to the office each working day.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM.
  • Process rental and lease orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage GPS tracking units on rental equipment.
  • Assist customers with insurance documentation and rental agreements.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues with timely solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth rental operations.
  • Support general office tasks (filing, scheduling, data entry).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate Range: $10 - $23; quarterly utilization bonus (after 90 days)
  • Weekly pay
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
