Job description

We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with strong HubSpot expertise to support ongoing campaign execution and marketing automation efforts. This is a short-term contract opportunity ideal for someone who can jump into established processes, keep campaigns moving, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive results.
What You'll Do
  • Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot with a focus on accuracy, brand consistency, and best practices
  • Create and manage targeted audiences using segmentation, lists, and behavioral data
  • Set up and maintain workflows for email automation and lead nurturing
  • QA emails, workflows, and lists to ensure proper functionality and deliverability
  • Monitor performance metrics (opens, clicks, conversions) and suggest basic optimizations
  • Partner with Marketing Strategy and Content teams to execute timely campaigns
  • Maintain documentation and follow established campaign processes
What You Bring
  • 1-3 years of hands-on email marketing experience, specifically within HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of workflows, automation, and audience segmentation
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Clear, collaborative communication style with a solutions-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of email compliance and opt-in best practices
  • Exposure to SMS or WhatsApp marketing campaigns
Pay Details: $28.00 to $36.00 per hour
