Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
