An Elite Wellness professional is a specialist who focuses on optimizing clients’ physical, mental, and emotional health through personalized wellness programs. They often integrate services such as nutrition counseling, fitness training, stress management, and holistic therapies to help individuals achieve peak well-being. These professionals may work in luxury wellness centers, resorts, or as private consultants, and often have advanced certifications or expertise in multiple health disciplines. Their goal is to provide a high level of individualized care to support clients in reaching their wellness goals.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an elite wellness professional?

To thrive as a Wellness Coach, you need a solid understanding of health principles, nutrition, exercise science, and often a certification from a recognized organization such as the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). Familiarity with coaching platforms, client management software, and wellness tracking tools is typically required. Excellent listening, motivational, and interpersonal skills help coaches build trust and inspire lasting change in clients. These abilities ensure effective, personalized support that empowers clients to achieve and maintain their wellness goals.

Elite Wellness Coaches often encounter challenges such as motivating clients with varying levels of commitment, staying current with evolving wellness trends, and balancing personalized care with group program demands. Addressing these challenges involves continuous professional development, open communication with clients to understand their individual goals, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (such as nutritionists, fitness trainers, and therapists) to provide comprehensive support. Building strong client relationships and maintaining flexibility in approach are key to overcoming obstacles and achieving positive outcomes.

High-Performance Sales Lead (Weekends Required)
Location: Woodbury, MN Top 10 Nationally Ranked Studio
Compensation: $17 per hour base plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
Employment Type: Part-Time
About the Role
We are not hiring staff. We are hiring an operator.
Restore Hyper Wellness is the category leader in proactive health. Our Woodbury location consistently ranks in the Top 10 out of more than 220 studios nationwide. This role is built for a disciplined, competitive sales professional who knows how to lead clients to decisions, close high-ticket wellness plans, and take ownership of results.
You will identify client needs, prescribe personalized wellness protocols, and convert prospects into long-term members and medical clients. If you are uncomfortable asking for the sale, this is not the role for you.
Who You Are
You lead with sales and close with conviction. Helping people means getting them to commit to a plan, not just educating them. You are confident discussing $500 to $5,000 plus wellness packages including GLP-1 programs, NAD+, peptides, and memberships. You follow up relentlessly, manage your pipeline with precision, and want to be the top producer in an elite studio.
You thrive in a high-energy, positive environment and raise the standard of everyone around you. You are competitive, coachable, and driven by performance-based pay.
What You Will Do
You will convert inbound leads and studio tours into long-term members through high-intent discovery and confident closing. You will educate and sell advanced medical and wellness services including IV therapy, peptides, and biometric-based protocols as part of comprehensive wellness plans.
You will execute daily outbound calls and text follow-ups to book appointments, remind prospects, and recover missed opportunities. You will actively manage and grow your existing client base by driving utilization, retention, and upgrades into higher-tier services.
You will maintain the elite standard of the Woodbury studio by delivering a white-glove client experience through professionalism, cleanliness, punctuality, and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
Two or more years of proven sales experience is required. Experience in membership-based, fitness, or medical sales is strongly preferred. You must be able to clearly explain science-backed therapies in a way that drives confident buying decisions.
You should be comfortable using CRM systems such as ShopLaunch and capable of rapid lead response. You must have grit, resilience, and the ability to handle objections, hear no, and immediately pivot back to value and outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a $17 per hour base wage plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. Top performers are paid directly in proportion to the results they produce.
Full-time team members receive medical, dental. All team members receive 401k with employer match, complimentary or heavily discounted access to our full suite of therapies including cryotherapy, sauna, red light, and IV services so you live the lifestyle you sell.
Why You'll Stay
You will work in a high-performance, low-turnover culture with clear expectations, strong leadership, and real upside. This is a role for someone who wants to grow, win, and be rewarded for effort and execution. We are always looking to add more locations and expand our reach so career progression is an option.
If you are looking for a clock-in, clock-out job, do not apply. If you want ownership over your income and the opportunity to become a top producer in a nationally ranked studio, apply now.
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
