Registered Dental Hygienist (Full-Time)Elite Dental Wellness โ€“ Houston (Westheimer Area) $55โ€“$60/hour | 35โ€“40 hours per week

Elite Dental Wellness is a patient-centered, technology-driven dental practice seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team. This position is ideal for a clinician who values high-quality care, efficient systems, and a collaborative work environment.

Position Summary:The Registered Dental Hygienist is responsible for delivering comprehensive preventive and periodontal services, supporting diagnosis and treatment planning, and providing patient education while maintaining clinical excellence and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and non-surgical periodontal therapy
  • Obtain digital radiographs and intraoral photographs
  • Conduct periodontal charting and risk assessments
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
  • Document findings and treatment accurately in Open Dental
  • Collaborate with dentists and clinical team on treatment planning
  • Operate within an assisted hygiene model (two columns)
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

  • Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license
  • Strong clinical proficiency and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with digital radiography and intraoral imaging
  • Experience with Open Dental, iTero, and Piezo preferred
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
