• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to understand client needs, backgrounds, and presenting issues, allowing for evidence-based intervention planning.
• Develop personalized treatment and management plans, collaborating tightly with clients to establish therapeutic goals aligned with their individual journeys.
• Employ various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in virtual sessions to facilitate lasting change.
• Build and maintain a warm, empathetic, and trust-based therapeutic relationship with clients, ensuring an environment conducive to openness and honesty.
• Keep meticulous records and document all interactions and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational procedures.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse array of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will assist those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other prevalent issues, ensuring individualized approaches that cater to the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling is necessary.
• Strong proficiency in using telehealth technologies and methodologies to engage clients effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport and trust with clients.

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage a full caseload while maintaining high-quality care standards.
• Understanding of cultural competency and ability to work effectively with a diverse client population.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also provide a strong benefits package, including:
