• Formulate personalized therapeutic interventions and management plans that address the specific needs of clients, ensuring their mental health challenges are met with tailored strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive treatment plans and set achievable therapeutic goals, guiding them through their progress.
• Provide individual psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other suitable approaches, effectively in both telehealth and in-person formats.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space that encourages clients to express their feelings and challenges openly, strengthening the therapeutic alliance.
• Maintain meticulous records of all clinical services, ensuring complete documentation of initial assessments, treatment notes, progress monitoring, and necessary follow-ups per professional and legal standards.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment issues. Your role is critical in helping these individuals navigate their challenges and achieve positive mental health outcomes through personalized interventions and consistent support.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
• Active licensure as a mental health counselor in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client needs effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients quickly.

• Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus, as you will need to adapt therapeutic methods to virtual settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain client documentation efficiently.

The Annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including:
