Elite Medical Health & Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. • Assess client needs by conducting thorough evaluations and understanding their mental health history.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans and therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients.
• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored for each client, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies.
• Encourage a therapeutic relationship by fostering a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment that promotes openness and trust.
• Maintain accurate and organized clinical documentation, including initial assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to optimize client outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings to share best practices and client outcomes.

Our client base includes a broad spectrum of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your work will significantly influence their quality of life, help them develop coping strategies, and navigate everyday challenges effectively.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Valid licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) per Washington state regulations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with exceptional ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems.

• Experience providing therapy in a remote setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We provide a suite of comprehensive benefits, including:
