Job description

A well-established defense and commercial electronics test equipment company in Irvine is hiring a Senior Test Engineer to design test hardware and full test program sets for programs spanning military and commercial applications. This is a hands-on role: you'll own schematic-level circuit design (analog and digital), build Interface Test Adapters, and develop the software logic that drives test execution - working with instrumentation like oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, and data acquisition systems.
What you'll need:
- BSEE or equivalent
- Solid understanding of analog and digital electronic circuits
- 3+ years designing circuits with Altium, OrCAD, or Cadence
- Comfort with standard test instrumentation
Nice to have: experience with MIL-STD-1553/1760, Windows-based test development tools (ATEasy, LabVIEW, LabWindows), and prior technical leadership experience.
This is a growth-oriented team building out additional leadership layers, so there's real room to advance for the right person. On-site in Irvine, CA; limited travel may be required.
